Chapter 3 Complete

I have finally finished the third chapter of my ebook. It covers the basic "Hello World" program while explaining the basics of input, output, and variables. We will go more in-depth in Chapter 4 when we cover functions and their uses. Please feel free to post on the forums with any corrections / suggestions of the ebook. Any critiques are appreciated!
