Chapter 2 Complete

I have finally gotten the website under control. Thank you to all of you who helped me get that set up; it's greatly appreciated! As the title suggests, I have finished the second chapter of my "beginning programmer's" ebook. It covers installing Microsoft Visual Studios and setting up the files for our first program.
